The following “Terms of Sale” apply to orders you place on this website (“Website”), which is operated by Yealands Wine Group (“YWG”) and are to be read in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement (collectively referred to as “Terms”). By placing orders using the Website you will be deemed to agree to the Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms you must stop using and accessing the Website.
RIGHT TO USE YEALANDS WINE CELLAR SITE & CONTENT
You must be 18 years or over to access, browse and use this site to purchase products from YWG.
ORDERING
YWG requires all Website customers to register with a valid email address in order to purchase. By registering, you agree that YWG can contact you regarding your order through your email address. Such communications include email confirmations and updates regarding your order.
If you make a purchase through the Website, YWG requests information from you in the YWG checkout process, including contact information (like name and contact number) and financial information (name, credit card number, expiration date, and security code). If YWG has trouble processing your order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. Financial information is taken in a secure area, is encrypted for YWG customers' protection, and is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances.
The order total includes the price of the product(s) ordered and GST. YWG reserves the right to update prices at any time, which may update real time prices at checkout.
Acceptance of any order placed through this Website is conditional on either validation of the credit card number you provide to us and approval of the purchase amount by the card issuer, or validation of credit available for debtor accounts. YWG reserve the right to not fulfil orders whereby the debtor account has exceeded the credit limit. All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.

When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (e.g. credit card details), this information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layers). While on a secure page, you will see a locked icon on web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer, as opposed to unlocked, or no lock icon, during normal browsing.
