Can I buy a single bottle?

 No. A minimum purchase of 6 bottles is required. 

Do you gift wrap?

Yes. We can box wine in single bottle and twin bottle gift packs as required. Please indicate that gift wrapping is required when you order.

Will I receive a confirmation that you have received my order?

Yes, you will recieve a notification to your email address. 

Shipping

How much will shipping cost me?

No cost will be charged to the customer if you order our minimum requirement of 6 bottles (1 case) of wine for free freight.

Do you deliver rurally, if so is there an additional charge?

 Yes we do at no extra charge. 

Where is my order sent from?

Our winery in Seddon, Marlborough.

Will I be notified when my order is dispatched?

Yes, via email. 

Will I receive tracking details when my order has been despatched?

How long will my order take to arrive?

2-5 working days

What happens if my order is damaged in transit or arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible as we can arrange re-delivery of your wine.

What do i do if I haven’t received my order?

If you haven’t received an order within 4 working days please contact us and let us know. We can track the order and inform you of how the order is progressing.

Can I collect my order from Yealands?

Yes you can by prior arrangement. If you wish to collect your order please contact us at the Yealands Estate Cellar Door at cellardoor@yealands.co.nz and we can arrange to have it ready for you to uplift.

Do you ship overseas?

No, at the moment we can only offering shipping within New Zealand. 

Do I have to be home to accept the order?

Yes, unless you have prior agreement with our chosen  courier company to leave parcels without a signature at your home or work place.

Do you deliver to a post office box?

No.

What if I don’t like my wine?

Please contact us to discuss. If you want to return your wines due to a change of mind a freight fee will apply.

What happens if I change my mind when I receive the goods?

Payment

What payment options are there?

Credit card or direct credit is an option by prior arrangement. Extra time would be required to receipt payment prior to dispatch of goods. If you wish to pay by direct credit please contact us at cellardoor@yealands.co.nz or 03 575 7618, extension 7300.

Can I call and pay over the phone?

Yes if you wish. Please phone us on 03 575 7618, extension 7300 to give us credit card details.
