“Very pale pink colour, the bubbles fine and moderately persistent. The nose is soft and gentle with aromas of white stonefruits with a harmonious amalgam of honeysuckle and florals, with a suggestion of red fruits. Dryish to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate has light stonefruit flavours with integrated nuances of honeysuckle and florals. The palate has a rounded core with some presence, and the wine is softly textured with light acidity. The effervescence is integrated, adding a little creaminess. The wine carries to a stonefruit and honied finish with moderate length. This is a light-fruited, dry, sparkling Pinot Gris with a soft, rounded and creamy mouthfeel. Serve as an aperitif and with Asian fare over the next 2 years.”
