Unfortunately, I still have not received my wine after well after two weeks. Customer Services seems like they do not care, I have spoken to them and sent several emails instead of sending my order out again nothing has happened. I was advised that the Manager was going to call me but I have not heard from him. I have purchased this product many times but if there is a problem instead of fixing it straight away they come up with excuses. I have enjoyed the product that is why I have ordered it several times but if there is an issue they do not resolve it. Very poor customer services.
