Our Sparkling Pinot Gris Blush is a pretty light salmon shade with a nose of delicately scented peachy, floral characters. The palate is beautifully balanced with fine persistent bubbles, showing concentrated notes of pear and ripe red berry flavours with crisp, refreshing finish.

VINTAGE SUMMARY
Vineyard:
Seaview 100% The Seaview vineyard is exposed to some of the toughest growing conditions in Marlborough; high sunshine and wind, cool nights and low rainfall which produces a smaller, thicker skinned berry with intense fruit flavours.

Winemaking Analysis: Alc 13% pH 3.38 TA 6.8 RS 12.0g/l
The Pinot Gris parcels were harvested separately, pressed and cold settled for 72 hours. The clear juice was racked off and each parcel of juice was fermented separately, using selected yeast strains for Pinot Gris to enhance varietal character. A long, cool fermentation took place over four weeks. The parcels were then blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
